Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • If we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Changes

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@bckbone.com immediately.
  • We can only accommodate changes if the request is received within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has entered the fulfillment process.
  • Once an order has begun processing, we cannot modify the shipping address, items, or cancel the order.

Shipping Times

At Bckbone, we strive to deliver your performance gear as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 4-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-8 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-15 business days

Please note these timeframes:

  • Are estimated business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Begin after your order has been processed (1-2 business days)
  • Do not include potential customs delays for international shipments

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
  • For some international destinations, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country.

International Shipping

Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Bckbone has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Delays

  • International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal service conditions.
  • Bckbone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal service inefficiencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Bckbone is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
    • Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the delivery
    • Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service
    • Check any safe spaces where packages might be left at your location
  • If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@bckbone.com within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
  • For packages showing no delivery scan after 15 business days from shipment (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us for assistance.
